Instructions for Registration

Guidelines

There are only two possibilities for abstract submission: a) research articles; b) pedagogical experiences; which can be presented in oral communication or poster.

Abstracts must be original and new and on the theme of the congress (Good Practices of Formative Assessment in All Educational Stages). A maximum of two abstracts can be submitted as the first author. All authors of a paper must be registered for the conference.

The accepted abstracts will be published in a special edition of the Journal of sport Pedagogy and Research, which belongs to the Scientific Society of Sport Pedagogy and which thus joined this event. This form of publication guarantees a global reach and open access, which is an important benefit for readers, authors and academic institutions. Authors who send their abstracts to the congress, accept publication in this journal.

The following rules (oral communications or posters) must be complied with:

   Manuscripts must be written in Word, Calibri 12, with double space;

   Pages must be numbered sequentially;

   Title of work in Portuguese, English and Spanish language;

   3 to 6 keywords must be included;

   Abbreviations should not be used;

   The manuscript must contain between 1000 and 1200 words (excluding titles);

   APA standards should be used (current version);

   Tables, figures and illustrations should be used when they help to better understand the text;

   Tables, figures and illustrations must be numbered in Arabic numbers in the sequence in which they appear in the text.

Once received, each paper will be assessed anonymously by two members of the scientific committee of the Congress (in the form of double-blind analysis). This evaluation will take into account the formal aspects (format, structure, references, etc.), as well the content of the manuscript (originality, relevance, clarity, coherence, methodology, results, etc.).

On May 24, 2020, the final list of accepted abstracts will be published.

Oral presentations guidelines

Each oral communication will have a maximum duration of 10 minutes. The moderator will notify you when 1 minute is left until the end of the time dedicated for communication. It is requested that the schedule times are followed, out of respect for the following communicators.
