1 - Your presence in the auditorium 10 minutes before the beginning of the session would be appreciated.  Please, use this period for checking the readiness of the devices.  In case of troubles, contact the secretariat and a technician will solve the problem;

2 - Use the book of abstracts to confirm the number of speakers, the sequence and the name of authors;

3 - Prior to the first talk, you may call the presenters to explain them that they will have 2 minutes.

4 - Moderators decide about the format:
     a) Firstly a block of 8-10 poster communications and afterwards the remaining time for questions.  The scientific program in the website previews blocks of posters and a timeline for questions every 8-10 posters (please check the website);
     b) In alternative, questions may happen after each speaker.

5 - At the end, presenters should be informed that certificates are available in the secretariat
